RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF NOOR BANQUET HALL
For the smooth functioning of the event the guest and the management must work in tandem in order to make it a success. The management assures of utmost cooperation in every manner possible to ensure that there are no obstacles or inconveniences in the way of conducting a smooth function.
Under normal conditions, the hall would be handed over to you at 7 pm prior to the day of the event and the same would have to be vacated by 9 pm on the day of the event. For booking the hall outside of these timings please let us know and we would be happy to find a way to accommodate your request.
Full payment needs to be made for confirmation of the hall. If you have not made the full payment, then it will be considered as a tentative booking and it will be open for another party to make full payment and book the venue.
Cancellation or change of date would not be allowed for a confirmed booking. However, if after the cancellation another booking is received for the same date and time, then 75% of the amount would be refunded. If no booking is received on that date after cancellation, then the entire amount would be forfeited.
Once, the booking has been cancelled by you, the venue is free to be used for another booking on the same date and time.
Services of the Noor banquet hall staff or palm Arabiana staff may not be used for loading and unloading of your stuff.
You are not allowed to remove any fixtures or structures within the premises of Palm Arabiana and Noor Banquet hall. Any tampering or damage to the property, electrical appliances, fixtures and fittings of Palm Arabiana would incur an additional charge on your bill, at the sole discretion of the management.
No musical instruments or loud speakers will be allowed after 10.30 p.m. or any other such time as applicable by law.
Every marriage arranged in the hall must be duly registered as per the rules laid down by law. This is the responsibility of the persons booking the hall and a copy of the marriage license must be given to the manager prior to the date of the function.
No outside food or drinks would be allowed inside our premises. We follow a no-alcohol policy and if anyone found doing so would be dealt with strongly.
Cash payment must be settled with the manager on duty and the bill should be received for the same.
The manager must be consulted in advance for any lighting decorations required on the outside walls of the hall.
While we exercise great care in making the halls safe, it is impossible for hall staff to be aware of who is a genuine guest at a function and who isn’t. All your belongings, valuables and cash should be looked after by you and the management takes no responsibility for their safe-keeping.
We will always try and settle all disputes amicably and fairly. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, all dispute resolutions will fall under the jurisdiction of the Hyderabad Court.
